Project Info

The project began with a paint color consultation and expanded to a multi-room remodel of this 1910 home. We updated the 1940s-era kitchen, adjacent bathroom, dining room, sunroom, and living room to be a bold and charming extension of the owner.

The home had excellent bones. But they were lost in the clutter from inadequate storage options, poor lighting, and discordant colors throughout the first floor. To create a little whimsy, reminiscent of the owner, we undertook a dramatic down-to-studs remodel of the kitchen. We also addressed the adjacent full bath by moving walls to create a more workable footprint. The dining and living room transformed with a new sofa and dining chairs. A custom rug is forthcoming.
